Hello,
I came across your blog and would like to make a recommendation to you. I do not see anywhere that you have tried the Alexander Technique for your chronic back/neck pain. The British Medical Journal released a study last year stating that the Alexander Technique was more effective than massage or exercise and decreased chronic backpain by 85%. I hope that you will try this educational method and that it will bring you relief. To find an Alexander teacher in the UK and for more information, visit: www.stat.org.uk
