Basically, this pain blog is exactly what it says on the heading. Its all about back pain and everything that comes with it. It starts with my back problems, the spinal operations I've had, the different types of treatments I have had from chiroprators and physiotherapists to aromatherapists and reflexologiests. You name it, i've tried it in a bid to find pain relief. It follows me through recovery of my surgeries to trying out different types of alternative therapies and injections.
