I've had my second week of electro-acupuncture but with my thoracic disc coming out last week, its not given me much pain relief yet but I wont give up hope (you can't).

The change in weather has also had a dramatic effect on my Fibromyalgia and I have just wanted to sleep, sleep and sleep.

After such a glorious week the past few days have been the usual typical British summer and I just cannot believe the change in temperature - can you?

My new ripple mattress topper arrived this week and its heaven to lie on and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a bad back. They need changing every couple of years but are not overly expensive.
