I can't believe it's Easter already - this year seems to be going quicker than ever. I love Easter mainly for the chocolate eggs but this Easter I have been very good and only bought one each for my two grown up children having reached my half stone weight loss at Weight Watchers this week.

As you could see from my previous blogs this year I have been really suffering with my back and convinced myself that I should try and lose at least a stone and I know the only way is to go to a club. Well, I've lost half a stone in 3 weeks which I am chuffed to bits with, there has been no change with my back but then I'm not expecting miracles straight away. I start my six weeks course of acupuncture at the end of May so if I can just lose it for then you just never know miracles could happen.

After a couple of weeks of some lovely warm and sunny days its typical that the weather is now going to change to wet and windy - just by way of a change over a Bank Holiday. I've got company so won't be going far but instead will be busy cooking and looking after my Dad and his partner.

I've also been busy making my own cards for all occasions as I love doing artistic things and it takes my mind of my pain. I made some really cool ones, even though I say so myself, but have got no further as I also write my own verses for them and plan to put some on ebay as a card that can be personalised. I've never put them on ebay before, but a friend who loves them suggested it. Before I would just write the verses for inside the cards without really thinking but now that I have decided to do these for others to see I seem to have had a mental block on writing them so if anyone has any suggestions out their as to how to get my mind working I'd be very grateful. Have a read of my post called "Pain" which is a poem I wrote on it. Thanks

Anyway, Happy Easter all and don't eat tooooooo many Easter eggs over the following week.
