I had my first dose of my amitryptyline instead of nortriptyline ( or however you spell it) and I definitely slept better although I think that also had something to do with the fact that we had a couple of hours in town yesterday seraching for a warm jacket in the sale for me. I was exhausted when I got home and even my usual afternoon kip did not make me feel much better.

I'm also shaking like a leaf again today - well my hands are anyway. Particularly my left one - goodness knows why although I did ask the consultant last year and he said it is porably coming from my neck but I think it has something to do with my drugs.

The other thing that I have noticed that has gone worse is my problems with speaking or how shall I put it, losing a word mid-sentance which then sometimes comes out as the opposite to what I really meant. It's like a sudden pause which wasn't planned !!! I'm not sure what causes this but I think if it gets any worse I will have to tell the Doc as you can't help but think of Alzheimer's !!!!!

Well I think I've done enough moaning today so I'm going to pop off to bed for another rest and hope this time I wake up feeling WONDERFUL.
